Gabriel has extensive experience as a guest speaker, having presented on subjects as wide as 'Travelling in France' and 'Food of Provence' to 'How to Teach Kids to Cook' and 'Cooking for Diabetics'.

Having presented cookery shows and recipes on television for the last 40 years, Gabriel is well recognised all over Australia.

His credits include ‘Taste Le Tour with Gabriel Gaté’ (SBS), ‘The Good Food Show’ (ABC) and ‘What’s Cooking’ (Ch 9), and he worked with Bert Newton for over twelve years on ‘Good Morning Australia’ (Ch 10).
